Acquired in a partially built state in August 2023 and located near Dubai’s top tourist attractions and cruise terminals, FIVE LUXE JBR officially launched on 31 March 2024.

Destino Five Ibiza is FIVE Holdings’ landmark in Spain that reopened on 1 June 2025 after a comprehensive transformation.
Poised atop the cliffs of Cap Martinet with views of Dalt Vila and Formentera, the reimagined property is master-planned as a villa-style enclave immersed in lush Mediterranean landscaping. Its aesthetic reinvention includes a complete reconfiguration of all rooms and suites, each articulated with refined contemporary lines while preserving the timeless geometry of Ibiza’s traditional whitewashed villas.
At the heart of the project, an expansive open-air amphitheatre dissolves boundaries between architecture and nature, establishing a seamless flow that anchors the resort’s elevated vision of effortless, modern island luxury.
