In August 2020, FIVE Holdings acquired a hilltop hotel property in Zurich, transforming it into FIVE Zurich. Overlooking the city and its lake, the hotel offers 45 opulent suites and 104 suite-sized lifestyle rooms, combining refined simplicity with decadent detailing, crafted from the finest materials.

As FIVE Holdings’ first international development, FIVE Zurich brings the brand’s renowned culinary concepts—The Penthouse, Cinque Studio, and Soul St.—to Switzerland. Each venue reflects Swiss design principles while embodying the brand’s signature sense of destination and atmosphere.

FIVE LUXE JBR

Acquired in a partially built state in August 2023 and located near Dubai’s top tourist attractions and cruise terminals, FIVE LUXE JBR officially launched on 31 March 2024.

True to FIVE Holdings’ innovative development approach, the design team reimagined existing plans, cleverly reorienting residential units and hotel rooms to showcase spectacular views of the Palm Jumeirah skyline and beachfront vistas. This enhancement elevated the guest experience, setting new standards in luxury living.

Touted as Dubai’s most anticipated debut of 2024, FIVE LUXE JBR stands as a singular hotel and residential tower. Its 222 chic hotel rooms and suites, alongside 222 opulent residences, blend immersive luxury with world-class amenities. These include seven culinary and nightlife venues, a glamourous Pool and Beach Club, an iconic Social Pool, indulgent ReFIVE Spa, an indoor pool with a 7,000 sq. ft. outdoor gym, and a vibrant kids’ club. Set against breathtaking panoramas of the Arabian Gulf, Ain Dubai, and Palm Jumeirah, FIVE LUXE JBR redefines beachfront living.

Part of FIVE LUXE JBR is SENSORIA featuring masterfully designed, 54 unit, ultra-luxe residences with unfiltered access to the hotel. Radiating not just residential luxury, SENSORIA embodies cutting-edge sustainability through its steel structure foundation and 2,800 square meter ONYX Solar Facade.

FIVE LUXE JBR blends luxury with cutting-edge sustainability, through smart systems, sustainable materials and resource conservation including incorporating recycled cement and steel in its foundation, to promote circular economy and decarbonization. Energy efficiency measures including thermal and electric solar panels as well as water saving and recycling systems form cornerstone elements of the Platinum-rated green building. Following stringent criteria throughout design, construction and commissioning stages, FIVE LUXE JBR earned 89 points for LEED Platinum (BD+C), the world’s highest score for 5-star hotels under LEED v4.

Destino Five Ibiza

Destino Five Ibiza is FIVE Holdings’ landmark in Spain that reopened on 1 June 2025 after a comprehensive transformation.

Poised atop the cliffs of Cap Martinet with views of Dalt Vila and Formentera, the reimagined property is master-planned as a villa-style enclave immersed in lush Mediterranean landscaping. Its aesthetic reinvention includes a complete reconfiguration of all rooms and suites, each articulated with refined contemporary lines while preserving the timeless geometry of Ibiza’s traditional whitewashed villas.

At the heart of the project, an expansive open-air amphitheatre dissolves boundaries between architecture and nature, establishing a seamless flow that anchors the resort’s elevated vision of effortless, modern island luxury. Mirroring this ethos, the open-air, state-of-the-art gym rises as a sculptural pavillion of clean lines and minimalist geometry — a space perennially carved by Ibiza’s golden rays of sunshine.
