Compliance
The compliance area is critically important in identifying, evaluating and addressing legal and reputational risks.
The purpose of the Compliance Policy is to operate within the framework of regulatory compliance, in order to attain a global environment of compliance.
FIVE’s Compliance Policy includes guidelines and Compliance Management Framework that sets the principles and standards for managing Compliance Risks across the Company.
It reinforces and strengthens the FIVE’s commitment and sets out the behavior expected of our employees and of the natural or legal persons that have regular dealings with the Company to ensure compliance with the law in general and, in particular, with regard to the various criminal offences.
This Compliance Policy reflects the commitment of FIVE to conduct its business in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, as well as the codes and standards that the Company has adopted. We follow the philosophy of zero tolerance towards behaviors that may breach its Code of Conduct.
