Five Zurich

In August 2020, FIVE acquired a distressed hotel property in Zurich, Switzerland. Perched on a hilltop above the city, FIVE Zurich has breathtaking views over the city and its lake.

Stylish in their simplicity and decadent in its details, FIVE Zurich’s 45 luxurious suites and 104 suite-sized lifestyle rooms are made with the finest materials and fabrics. Beautifully designed for people who want to soak up city vibes – and feel the cozy charm of the Swiss Alps.

FIVE Zurich is the Group’s first development outside Dubai, introducing the city to renowned, locally originated culinary concepts from Dubai. Embracing the brand’s commitment to crafting a distinct sense of destination and ambiance, The Penthouse, Cinque Studio, and Soul St will showcase Swiss design principles.

Five Luxe

Acquired in a partially built state in 2021 and located next to some of Dubai’s most popular tourist attractions and the cruise ship terminals, FIVE LUXE launched on 31 March 2024.

In line with our development ethos, the FIVE design team reviewed the pre-existing designs – and radically improved them by turning the residential units and hotel rooms to face the Palm skyline and beachfront to create amazing views. Embracing our development ethos, the FIVE design team reimagined the existing plans, ingeniously reorienting residential units and hotel rooms to showcase stunning vistas of the Palm skyline and beachfront, elevating the guest experience to new heights.

Described as Dubai’s hottest debut of 2024, FIVE LUXE is a one-of-a-kind hotel and residential tower. Immersive decadence comes to life over 222 stylish hotel rooms and suites, alongside 222 lavish residences, seven culinary and nightlife venues, an expansive, glamourous Beach Club, an iconic Social Pool, ReFIVE Spa, indoor pool with an outdoor gym spanning an expansive 7,000 sq ft, and a fantastic kids club to keep the little ones busy whilst the adults meet and mingle. Framed against breath-taking vistas of the shimmering Arabian Gulf and iconic landmarks, Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah, FIVE LUXE redefines beach front living.

Part of FIVE LUXE is SENSORIA. FIVE’s masterfully designed ultra-luxe residences will have unfiltered access to the hotel. Radiating not just residential luxury, SENSORIA equally embodies cutting-edge sustainability through its steel structure foundation and 3,600 square meter ONYX Solar Façade under construction.

FIVE LUXE blends luxury with cutting-edge sustainability, through smart systems, sustainable materials and resource conservation including incorporating recycled cement and steel in its foundation, to promote circular economy and decarbonization. Energy efficiency measures including thermal and electric solar panels as well as water saving and recycling systems form cornerstone elements of the Platinum-rated green building. Following stringent criteria throughout design, construction and commissioning stages, FIVE LUXE earned 89 points for LEED Platinum (BD+C), the world’s highest score for 5-star hotels under LEED v4.
