PACHA FOUNDATION UNVEILS 2025 PLAN WITH RECORD BUDGET
Delivering unprecedented Social and Environmental Impact across Ibiza

The Pacha Foundation, a pillar of Ibiza’s community, announces its 2025 plan, supported by a record budget reflecting a 430% funding increase since FIVE Holdings’ acquisition in 2023.
In 2025, the Foundation expands its impact through programs focused on social well-being, cultural heritage, athletic resilience, and environmental stewardship. It supports healthcare access and community welfare, promotes music, art, and media initiatives, funds international sporting events and youth programs, champions leading biodiversity and reforestation efforts on land and sea, and stands as a founding member of Ibiza’s leading Mediterranean resilience forums.
Founded in 2018 as a private non-profit, the Pacha Foundation builds on the Pacha Group’s legacy of social welfare. Guided by its mission of solidarity, resilience, and excellence, it drives community-focused initiatives. Since the 2023 acquisition by FIVE Holdings, President Kabir Mulchandani has led the Foundation’s 2025 plans, scaling its commitment across Ibiza.
Among the over thirty-five initiatives approved in 2025, The Foundation prepares to host musical events at Ibiza’s port and Vara de Rey to celebrate local culture and engage communities. Environmental efforts, led by Mulchandani, include regenerative greening efforts across Ibiza’s urban spaces, youth programs for marine conservation, smart recycling points across the city, and sponsorship of the Balearic Islands’ largest environmental forums. Healthcare grants support programs for at-risk children and families, addressing a range of services needed to promote inclusivity and rehabilitation. As part of its commitment to athletic development, the Foundation backs community centers, youth clubs, and emerging athletes, while sponsoring international events including marathons and cycling races across Ibiza.
The Foundation’s board, led by President Kabir Mulchandani and including Managing Directors Josep Antoni Escandell and Mashenka Anand, with Trustees Alba Pau and Maria Luisa Cava de Llanos provides strategic oversight.
“The Pacha Foundation is committed to fostering a vibrant, resilient Ibiza, where community, culture, and conservation thrive together,” says Kabir Mulchandani, President of the Pacha Foundation. “This 2025 plan reflects our dedication to strengthening the island’s legacy for future generations.”
